BIG’s Director of Compliance receives advanced FCRA certification

Sadeq Khan, associate general counsel/director of compliance for BIG, successfully completed the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Advanced Certification Program – the highest level of certification offered by the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). 

The Advanced Certification Program focuses on complex and cutting-edge FCRA compliance issues and is geared toward background screening professionals in leadership positions and those who set compliance policy and make compliance decisions.

Sadeq’s certification will serve as an additional compliance benefit to both clients and their applicants and employees by ensuring that the reports produced by BIG remain fully-compliant with the regulatory obligations of the FCRA, and demonstrates both Sadeq and BIG’s dedication to higher standards of practice in the background screening industry.
